Design Process
Our Mechanical engineers will starts making your rugged unit design which meets all the rugged MIL-STD 810G & MIL-461E Standards as unit can be customized for racks and consoles
Design Process
Approval from end-user
After completion of Technical & Design process we take approval from customer’s and proceed for the further process
Fabrication
Aluminum Alloy will be used to construct the chassis and hardware material SS will be used to assemble the mechanical components physical identification will be done after fabrication process ends
Electronic Testing
We test each and every electronic component individually and burn-in test will done more than 72Hrs electronic items (Motherboard, Power supply, RAMs, SSD’s, Add-on-Cards, etc..)
Conformal Coating
Conformal coating process as per MIL-I-46058C will be done to every PCB to take card of environmental conditions
Integration / Assembling
Integration process will be done as to take care of shock and vibration shock mounts will be used all electronic components will be fixed and cable routing will be done using cable ties
Functionality Checks
All the Software’s like BIOS Settings, Operating system, Applications and Drivers will be installed and Input/Output Connectors will be checked (USB, LAN, Serial, Video Ports) Indications and Power buttons
Physical Checks
Dimensions & weight will be verified by our mechanical engineers for each and every unit and provides a physical reports along with unit
